The Keywork is an unofficial fan project. It has no affiliation with Coheed and Cambria, Claudio Sanchez, Evil Ink Comics, BOOM! Studios, or Roadrunner Records. It exists to help newcomers and fans follow a saga that's easier to love than to summarize.
Deliberately not here: any lyric, quoted or paraphrased from a specific line; any scanned comic panel or album cover. Music plays through official Spotify embeds; the comics, novels and novellas that tell each chapter in full are credited on every chapter and linked to Evil Ink or BOOM! Studios to buy.
Synopses on this site are written from scratch, based on notes gathered from the Coheed and Cambria Wiki (CC BY-SA), Wikipedia, and a 2022 guide from ComicBook.com — never copied from them.
Two chapters are marked partial: No World for Tomorrow's story lives in a 2024–25 comic this site hasn't read yet, and Vaxis Acts II and III lean on their deluxe-edition novels, which aren't public. Those chapters will fill in as that material gets read.
